IntoAccess processes personal data. Personal data means all data offering information about an identifiable natural person.

Applications
1. Contact information customers:
The contact information of customers is linked to the software licences they bought. This information is stored long time.
2. Databases obtained from customers:
These are only used for determining the cause of a fault situation and deleted afterwards.
3. Log files obtained from customers:
These are only used for determining the cause of a fault situation and deleted afterwards.
Applications do not autonomously send information to IntoAccess!
Websites
1. IntoAccess has a public website.
Here only statistical information is gathered and no personal data.
2. IntoAccess offers a proxy service for public access to their applications.
This only acts as a go between and does not gather personal data.
To whom will personal data be handed over?
Personal data of customers will not be handed over to any third party.
How is handling of personal data secured?
Personal data is only accessible in a secure environment and will be deleted when it is no longer needed.
What are the customers rights?
- If a customer wants their personal data removed, we will do so.
- If this is personal data related to keeping track of bought software licences, these licences will also be deleted.
- A request to remove personal data can be sent to the following email address: info@intoaccess.com.
- The customer has the right to file a complaint about the use of their personal data at the Dutch 'Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens'.
How long will personal data be stored?
Personal data will be stored according to the GDPR. Personal data is no longer stored than strictly necessary to reach the goal for which it was gathered.
